In a free country, you can burn whatever you want, you'll be more than welcome to burn their flag too. You may do it outside of their parliament house if you like. Freedom of speech applies to everyone, it protects people, not symbols. You can feel it's offensive, but you are not allowed to stop them. It’s not your right to decide regarding their freedom to burn an object that they own.
