You don't have to have an opinion about everything. Prioritise saying things along the lines of: "I know so little about the topic, therefore I'm not in an ideal position to form an opinion about it." or "I'm not comfortable in sharing my stance on the matter yet.". People do have a the right to freely express their opinion under no coercion, likewise, people do have the right to exercise silence.
