 As a doctor, it vexes me when someone says "I'm a bit OCD.". No, you're not. You just like your house tidy and your possessions organised . OCD is a real and debilitating psychiatric disease which goes far beyond being slightly fed up if there's unwashed pots in the sink and uneven bookshelves. It's also a noun not an adjective.
